General Checklist for Submission.
1. Check if your name, father’s name and mother’s name is written in Pinyin and Chinese.
2. Check if the CCC numbers are written below the Pinyin names. For e.g. Zhang Qiang 1729 1730
3. Check if the surname is underlined. For e.g. Zhang Qiang.
4. Check if your address is written in both Pinyin and in Chinese.
5. Check if your photograph is of size 3.5cm x 4.5cm and is of white background and clear features.
6. Check if you have a photocopy of passport data page and signature page.
7. Check if you are carrying originals of all required documents along with a photocopy.
8. Check if you are carrying English translation of all original Chinese documents.
9. Check if the passport is signed behind by the applicant.
10. Check if the visa application form is signed by the applicant.
11. Check if you are carrying the visa fee (cash only ).
12. Check if the visa application form is filled correctly.
13. Ensure that the date on the visa application form is the same as date of submission.
14．The British Embassy / Consulates require that there has to be at least one blank page on the passport, which must be back to back, clear on both sides of the page.
